People who need a physical examination: home health aid students, home health aid applying for a nursing license, nannies, confinement, and housekeepers.

Materials to be brought on the day of the physical examination:

1. Photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. 
2. If you have any vaccination records or recent blood test reports, you can bring them with you to the examination, which may save you some vaccination costs.

Physical examination process:

• We will check and vaccinate you according to the requirements of entry or your employer.

• The report will be available in about three days. The doctor will produce a health certificate upon request of your employer.

• The cost of the medical examination will vary according to your employer's requirements. Please call or book an online consultation.

The testing and vaccination services we can provide:

• Tuberculosis blood draw, MMR antibody, chickenpox antibody (varicella antibody), hepatitis A/B/C, Helicobacter pylori breath test, and AIDS and various other infectious disease tests.

• We also provide tetanus shots, flu vaccines, MMR/Varicella vaccines, and hepatitis B vaccines.
