People who need an immigration medical examination:
An immigration medical examination is a medical examination that must be passed by those wishing to apply for a green card for permanent residency, including the elderly, pregnant women, and children. However, the content of the examination and the fees differ for different groups of people. You can call the clinic directly for details. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Materials to be brought on the day of the physical examination:
1. Photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, domestic ID card. The ID card can be valid or expired
2. If you have a domestic vaccine record or a vaccine record in the United States, you can bring it with you to the examination, which may save you some vaccination costs.
Immigration medical examination process
1. We will provide you with the medical examination form I-693 on the day of the medical examination and assist you in filling it out, but if you wish to fill in the form in advance, you can click here to download the form.
2. The physical examination items vary from group to group, and generally include blood work (no fasting required), urine test, and vaccination.
